Whereas, Consecutively Settled Sovereign Peoples (CSSP); as referred to as Inuit, Metis and First Nations (both on and of "Indian reserves") have historically and consistently advocated against the monarchical Canada nation state claim  to European nation states; the League of Nations; and, in the modern era, to the United Nations that this said governance claim of EIIR Ship Peoples (those Peoples permitted conditional landing rights through Two Row Wampum, Gus Wen Tah, Peace Trust Friendship trespass Doctrines) is specious, at best; and more importantly, that monarchical Canada's political protocol breaches have continued to this present day to cause significant harm to CSSPs; including, as named in the EIIR Canada Truth And Reconciliation Committee December 2015 Final Report as constituting egregious acts of genocide; and, in consequence, there was not an original nation state monarchical Canada right as a nation state for membership in either the League of Nations (where British and Canadian delegates refused to endorse CSSP application for member state registration); nor , at the United Nations as a founding member state; or, in fact, as a nation state member in any international organization of nation states.

CSSPs have - and, do continue to - advocate for international recognition as the rightful, paramount; and, continued Turtle Island North at "EIIR Canada" governance authority. And, it is relevant for the United Nation New York, USA offices to recognize that siting of the UN headquarters at this said location is permitted only through the Two Row Wampum Doctrine; which, includes the right of revocation of landing permit for cause through the continued authority of the Onodago nation veto jurisdiction; as constituted within the Haudenosaunee.
All parties, as addressed above, have possession of all political factum; originating since 1095, regarding the European design to conquer and inhabit territories deemed as not being inhabited by human beings (Terra Nullius) per Papal Bulls Inter Caetera and Romanus Pontifex.
Further, and, of primary relevance, is the matter of the English King Charles II proclamation of the Hudson's Bay Company Charter in 1670; and, which failed to achieve the prerequisite assent by either the long or short parliament; and, therein, this HBC Charter became invalid in 1697; which invalidated the property purchases from CSSPs; and, which were consequently sold to the Founding Fathers of the monarchical Canada as a major land and resources asset acquisition. And, finally, this fact constitutes the political financial claim up EIIR Canada for outstanding taxes due to CSSPs since that 1697 time of military occupation : an amount today named as constituting circa six trillion Euros. This CSSP claim is filed as Notice to EIIR Canada and the British Commonwealth; and, the international auction is scheduled to commence on July 1st, 2017.
